As a member of Tourism Saskatoon and Conventions Saskatoon, we work very closely with event planners, hotels sales staff, major local and foreign corporations. Ensure you are working with a professional team. We are the only private transportation company in Saskatoon to handle a 2000 person event!

CONFIRMATION CARDS

These are a nice touch to ensure attendees, delegates or VIP's know how, when and where they will be picked up for their return trip to the airport. This is a popular option for a small per person fee. The confirmation card displays all their important itinerary information. If they want to change or update their trip, they simply call the Event Hotline Phone Number provided to speak to an agent and the change is made.

We are an Executive Hospitality Concierge Service, which means we specialize in the professional handling of ones personal & business requirements and itinerary. It is outstanding service that separates us from others. A friendly face and positive attitude makes for a great experience. We tailor our services to each individuals specific needs.

Don't leave it to taxis who don't know anything about your event and are not able to represent it in any fashion. We are able to assist in providing important information about your event and the city. City transit is expensive, unreliable, known for poor communications and doesn't carry the level of class you want to present.
